Well, first of all, people appear in your Journey game at random. It depends on what area you’re in and how much you’ve progressed in the area and its puzzles. When you travel, you’ll only be able to meet one other person at a time, and unless you two get too far separated or one of you disconnects from the session, you won’t be able to meet another person.
You can’t really pick and choose who you play with, though. There is a trick to try and get a friend of yours to join a session, but there’s no guarantee it will work. All you have to do is enter a new area at the same time. Sometimes you’ll get your friend, sometimes you’ll get someone else; there’s no promises!

(( Hello everyone, this is the blog owner here!
I have come to tell you that I am returning once again on September 1st, 2012! I’m so sorry for the long wait, and I’m so thankful you guys have been so patient with me.
To celebrate, I am hosting a 12 hour Journey marathon August 31st, 2012 between 12 NOON and 12 MIDNIGHT EST and wrapping it up with a thank-you art stream right after my final trip. Everyone is invited, and I do hope I get the honor of traveling with you!

I’ll be doing something really special for the people who do! If you want me to keep your PSN private, I’ll understand, and I’ll respect your wishes!
